At 22:11 on Wednesday, 29 October, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Bridgnorth.

4 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Cleobury Mortimer and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

1 farm building approximately 20m x 40m, 1 Manitou and 6 tonne of straw involved in fire, 4 breathing apparatus 2 hose reel jets 1 main jet in use.
