At 09:04 on Thursday, 18 December, 2014, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rtc Persons Trapped in Nr Chirbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Clun and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Cutters/Spreaders

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 1 vehicle - 1 person trapped. Extrication in progress by fire service personnel. person extricated using hydraulic rescue equipment
