At 18:26 on Monday, 2 May, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Market Drayton.

5 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Market Drayton and Wellington.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

Road Traffic Collision involving 2 saloon cars, 1 casualty extricated by Fire Service and conveyed to hospital via land ambulance. Assistance also from Audlem.
