At 20:07 on Thursday, 23 June, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Shrewsbury.

4 fire appliances including the Water Rescue Unit were mobilised from Baschurch, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire Service not required. Police dealing with incident.
