At 13:35 on Friday, 24 June, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Telford.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Highways Agency.

One lorry has left the carriageway, no persons trapped, crews made the vehicle safe using small gear tools
