At 02:35 on Thursday, 28 July, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving rubbish and wheelie bin alight in the open. One hose reel jet used to extinguish the fire.
