At 19:30 on Wednesday, 28 September, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Rubbish Fire in Shrewsbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving small quantity of rubbish and undergrowth alight in the open. One hose reel jet used.
