At 15:51 on Friday, 21 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Prees and Wem. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service and the Police.

RTC involving 2 saloon vehicles. No persons trapped. One male casualty conveyed to hospital via Land Ambulance.
