At 09:16 on Thursday, 17 August, 2017, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Market Drayton.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet, Market Drayton and Prees. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Covering jet
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire involving 2 light fittings within basement of commercial property.
