At 14:11 on Thursday, 22 March, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place.

5 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury, Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

One vehicle in collision with LGV - 1 male extricated by fire service using holmatro cutting gear
