Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service aim to provide the best possible service for our community. We are not complacent and we continually monitor our performance to ensure we are operating to our full potential.

However, if for some reason you feel we have failed to meet the standards we strive for, we would like to hear from you so we can address any failings and improve our service.
