Individual Performance and Development Reviews (IPDR)

These reviews have been in place for a number of years, but have to date only been delivered to managers and those involved in specific roles.
The review process has now been re-evaluated following a pilot scheme run on both wholetime and retained stations and, during the next 12 months, all staff will be actively involved in the process.
The reviews provide the opportunity for an individual and their line manager to take time to discuss an individual's strengths, identify and plan development and to consider a development plan for further advancement of the individual.
