Regional work

Members of the Training and Development team are currently representing Shropshire at regional level on the Workforce Development Project.

Current work involves the production of regional models for Management Development Programmes, workplace assessments, Assessment and Development Centres (?link to HR site) and Individual Performance and Development Reviews.
