Information that can help the Fire and Rescue Service can come from many sources. The information helps us to tackle incidents in the safest and most expedient manner, and is referred to as "Operational Intelligence".

As well as our staff, and formal measures with other agencies, members of the public also have lots of information that we might find of value, and that we might not have been given from other sources.
This link provides you with an opportunity to give us information or raise issues related to our operational service.
These might include telling us about:

Large buildings that are being built or refurbished |

Storage of large amounts of chemicals or flammable liquids at your premises |

Changes to your business processes |
|
Security measures that might hamper the speed of our response |

Absence of water supplies, perhaps because of drought conditions |
When we receive your information our Incident Command Team will determine the most valuable way for us to use it. Information will remain confidential when appropriate and will only be used to support operational planning.
