Rescue Service

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service is committed to providing a first class Service. Besides our primary function of fighting fires we provide a range of other rescue services.

Each year our firefighters attend numerous Road Traffic Collisions (RTC) throughout Shropshire and carry out a variety of animal and person rescues, both on land and in water.
