Suggested contents
We suggest that you have the following items to hand in case of emergency:
- Portable radio and spare batteries (to keep in touch with local radio stations)
- Torch and spare batteries
- Alternative cooking equipment (camping gas stove - though please be careful!)
- Any other items you feel may be necessary eg: medication, extra warm clothing, sleeping bags, blankets, tinned foods etc
