West Mercia Police

*Dial 999 and ask for the Police if:
- there is a danger to life or risk of injury
- a crime is in progress and the offender is still at the scene or has only just left
- immediate police attendance is necessary such as when a crime is obviously about to be committed
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service

- you discover a Fire or are involved in a Fire
- you discover a trapped person or if you become trapped
- you discover a spillage or leakage of harmful chemicals

Social Care Emergency Duty Team
Shropshire County Council's Social Care Emergency Duty Team provide help in a crisis to vulnerable adults, children in need and their families when local daytime offices have closed. This includes during the night, on weekends and public holidays.

Shropshire County Council's Emergency Planning Unit may be able to offer advice about dealing with a major emergency.
