Thank you so much for coming so quickly to our fire... I didn't even see the spark from the match ignite the cotton wool. I am a nurse and have seen the fire safety video several times of the room burning in 4 minutes! This vision went through my mind when I rang for the Fire Brigade, if the fire hadn't gone out... it could have been very different.
