At 16:14 on Monday, 16 July, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bus Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Oswestry. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Incident involving engine fire in single decker bus - crews have extinguished the fire and damping down using 1 hose reel jet, 2 breathing apparatus and thermal imaging camera to detect any hotspots.
