At 11:47 on Thursday, 23 January, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire Commercial in Dawley.

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Tweedale. Operations and Fire Investigation officers were in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

One commercial building alight involving ground floor. 6 Breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and main jet have been in use. No casualties.
