At 20:53 on Sunday, 23 January, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Property Fire in Wellington.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Smoke detectors activated and steam from boiler emitting from property. False alarm good intent following external inspection of property.
