At 14:54 on Sunday, 30 January, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Shrewsbury.

3 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Air Ambulance and the Land Ambulance Service .
