At 13:46 on Sunday, 27 February, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Barn Fire in Market Drayton.

4 fire appliances including the Light Pumping Unit and the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Market Drayton, Shrewsbury and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

1 barn 30m x 10m fire was out on arrival of fire service personnel. Crews investigated using thermal imaging camera to inspect.
