At 00:05 on Saturday, 5 March, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue in Bridgnorth.

4 fire appliances including the Incident Command Unit and the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Bridgnorth, Cleobury Mortimer and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

One male casualty was out of the water prior to fire service arrival. No action necessary. Casualty in care of ambulance.
