At 08:10 on Friday, 6 May, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting that a Road Traffic Collision had taken place in Newport.

2 fire appliances including the Rescue Tender were mobilised from Market Drayton and Wellington.

Crews used the following equipment to deal with the incident:

RTC involving a horse carriage and car, no persons trapped, vehicles made safe. Small gear and environment pack used.
