At 16:12 on Saturday, 7 May, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Animal Rescue in Ludlow.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ludlow. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

One adult sheep trapped with head in corn feeder, released using holmatro equipment. Assistance given from over the bored brigade Hereford & Worcester.
