At 20:21 on Saturday, 21 May, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bin Fire in Llanymynech.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Buckets of water

Fire crews have attended an incident over the border on request of Mid and West Wales Fire Service. Incident involved small bin on fire in children's play park. Fire has been extinguished using a bucket of water.
