At 10:16 on Monday, 27 June, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Bewdley.

3 fire appliances including the Water Carrier were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Cleobury Mortimer.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Main jet

This incident involved the burning of commercial waste. Fire service personnel used two hose reel jets and two main jets to extinguish the fire.
