At 15:54 on Monday, 27 June, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Ludlow.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Ludlow.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident involved a small vehicle which was being towed. There was no fire upon arrival of fire service personnel but one hose reel jet was used to cool the brakes and a thorough inspection was completed using the thermal imaging camera.
