At 12:18 on Saturday, 16 July, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Market Drayton.

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Hodnet.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Knapsacks
• Shovels/Forks/Brooms

Fire involving one camp fire, extinguished by crews using shovel, knapsacks and high pressure lance.
