At 12:47 on Tuesday, 30 August, 2022, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tractor Fire in Bomere Heath.

2 fire appliances including the Incident Support Unit were mobilised from Minsterley and Shrewsbury.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

This incident was a fire at the rear of the tractor and trailer. Crews used hose reel jet and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire.
