At 00:39 on Thursday, 4 May, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Motor Cycle Fire in on the Silkin Way, near Court Works Industrial Estate.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Tweedale.

Motorbike 100% damaged by fire. Fire crew used a knapsack sprayer to extinguish the fire.
