At 11:37 on Wednesday, 6 September, 2023, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as LGV Fire in Shrewsbury .

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Bishops Castle. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

1 Manitou well alight, crews were accompanied by Montgomery appliance from our neighbouring brigade Mid and West Wales Fire Service, crews extinguished using 2 breathing apparatus and 2 hosereel jets.
