At 08:28 on Friday, 12 April, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Much Wenlock.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Chimney rods
• Stirrup pump
• Thermal imaging camera

Fire in chimney of property. Crews used Chimney roads, stirrup pump and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish fire.
