At 17:51 on Thursday, 10 April, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Incident involving one private saloon car, 50% destroyed by fire. Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets.
