At 15:52 on Friday, 23 May, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Acton Scott, Church Stretton.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Church Stretton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Car 100% destroyed by fire. Crews used one hose reel jet and two breathing apparatus to extinguish fire.
