At 00:35 on Sunday, 17 August, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Much Wenlock.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving one car, 50% destroyed by fire. Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets.
