At 20:24 on Monday, 8 September, 2025, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Ketley.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Telford Central and Wellington. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Fire involving one car. Crews wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using two hose reel jets.
