At 15:50 on Tuesday, 23 August, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Bin Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet
• Rakes, shovels, mathooks
• Thermal imaging camera

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Police.

Industrial wheelie bin alight, one hose reel jet, drag hooks and thermal image camera in use
