At 13:24 on Monday, 10 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Oswestry.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Oswestry.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet
• Thermal imaging camera

Private saloon car 100% destroyed by fire, 2 breathing apparatus, 2 hose reel jets and thermal imaging camera in use.
