At 16:11 on Thursday, 20 October, 2016, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Chimney Fire in Craven Arms.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Clun.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Thermal imaging camera

Chimney fire involving the flue of a wood-burning stove. Fire extinguished by occupier prior to Fire Service personnel arrival. Crew conducted a thorough inspection.
