At 17:03 on Tuesday, 10 April, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Pontesbury.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Minsterley.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Small fire contained to engine compartment 2 breathing apparatus and 1 hose reel jet used to extinguish the fire
