At 11:55 on Sunday, 5 August, 2018, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Ketley.

1 fire appliance was mobilised from Wellington.

Attending crews used the following equipment:

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

One 13 yr old male collapsed, crews gave oxygen therapy until arrival of the ambulance service
