At 15:52 on Wednesday, 8 May, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as SSC Urgent in Bishops Castle .

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Bishops Castle and Minsterley.

Also at the scene of the incident were: the Land Ambulance Service .

Crews assisted ambulance personnel with casualty due to difficult ground conditions.
