At 13:28 on Wednesday, 31 July, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Hodnet and Market Drayton.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

Fire involving a number of railway sleepers and approximately 10 tonnes of garden waste. Crews using one hose reel jet to extinguish.
