At 16:17 on Friday, 20 September, 2019, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Presthope , Much Wenlock .

3 fire appliances were mobilised from Bridgnorth and Wellington.

Fire involving 1 acre of field. 2 hose reel jets and beaters in use to extinguish fire.
