At 15:04 on Sunday, 16 February, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Water Rescue.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Clun. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Water first responders attended to family stuck in vehicle in flood water.
