At 12:20 on Sunday, 7 June, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open in Madeley .

1 fire appliance including the Incident Support Unit was mobilised from Tweedale.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Hosereel jet

This incident involved an unattended bonfire in the woods. Crews used one hose reel jet to extinguish fire.
