At 09:04 on Friday, 31 July, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Car Fire in Oswestry.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Ellesmere and Oswestry. A Fire Investigation officer was in attendance.

Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire:

• Breathing Apparatus (BA)
• Hosereel jet

Camper van on fire. Fire crews used 2 hose reel jets, 1 covering jet and 2 breathing apparatus
