At 20:09 on Monday, 3 August, 2020, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Fire In Open.

2 fire appliances were mobilised from Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.

Fire crews from Shrewsbury have extinguished tent fire in woods which also caught to some woodland using knapsack sprayer and buckets of water.
